Sri Ramakrishna Mills Sports Club posted 282/9 in 50 overs against Wings CC with S.P Saravana kumar scoring 82, N. Jagadeesan scoring 53 and N. Thirumurugan scoring 39. P. Ayyappan was the pick of the bowlers for Wings who took 3 wickets for 45. It was then R. Mithun and R. Arun Balaji who bundled Wings to a paltry 120 in 28.1 overs. They shared 5 wickets for 30 runs and 3 wickets for 5 runs respectively between them. J. Vivek Peter’s 40 was the only notable fightback from the Wings CC.
