On 22.11.2012 in the Coimbatore District Cricket Association’s (CDCA) Inter school tournament for age group under 16, SBOA Matric Hr Sec School beat Sri Jayendra Saraswathi MHSS.
- SBOA managed to win against Sri Jayendra Saraswathi in a close encounter despite heroics from Somasundaram who scored 55 in the chase.
